Our fee for registration a Ltd.company is 600 Euros and includes all fees such as court taxes, notary taxes, lawyer taxes, financier taxes,etc.Besides our fee ,you will only need to deposit in your company’s business account a capital of 5000 leva(approx.?1800)which can be withdrawn by you in full as soon as the registration is completed. .Preparing all paperwork and organizing all actions needed for finalizing the deal. Our commission is 3% on purchase price, but not less then ?300 payable when signing a preliminary contract. In additional 10% deposit on the property price required at the time signing a preliminary contract for purchasing property.
